About Dionne
Dionysia "Dionne" Holley has always been drawn to the fashion and beauty industry. While her dream of becoming a makeup artist came later in life, her passion for beauty eventually led her to leave behind a 10-year corporate career to pursue her calling full-time. Born and raised in sunny Panama City, Florida, Dionne was determined to bring her vision to life—traveling the world and making it beautiful, one face at a time.
With 17 years of experience, Dionne began her career at the globally renowned MAC Cosmetics in San Antonio, Texas. Her exceptional skills and dedication earned her the role of Head Makeup Artist for the San Antonio Spurs Silver Dancers in 2012, a defining moment in her career. After six years in Texas, she set her sights on Atlanta, Georgia, the hair and makeup capital of the world, to dive deeper into the TV and film industry. There, Dionne worked with prestigious networks including BET, Lifetime, and WEtv, fulfilling her dream of working in entertainment makeup artistry.
Eager to expand her expertise, Dionne transitioned into the world of esthetics. She completed extensive training to become a licensed esthetician in Georgia and later pursued an Esthetics Instructor license. Her passion for education drove her to teach at top-ranked esthetician schools in the Southeast, helping aspiring professionals succeed in an industry she loves.
In addition to her makeup services, Dionne developed a deep passion for laser hair removal, specializing in helping women with PCOS. Her work earned her the title of 2021 Favorite Laser Technician by Dermascope Magazine. Always open to new challenges, Dionne also explored corporate esthetics, excelling as a top sales manager for a medical spa in Atlanta. Her success led to a promotion as a quality control coordinator and corporate trainer for a laser hair removal company in Miami, Florida, prompting her relocation to South Florida.
Today, Dionne is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Texas, leaving her mark on the esthetics industry across all three states. She is the proud owner of Dionne Holley Aesthetics Studio, located in Atlanta Ga. and her hometown Panama City Fl., where she offers services to clients throughout her licensed regions.
Dionne’s journey exemplifies determination, adaptability, and a relentless drive to empower others. Whether through her artistry, esthetics expertise, or inspirational writing, she continues to inspire and transform lives while embracing the beauty in every moment.
